ST. LOUIS, MO. – The Bar Method opened its second metro St. Louis location at The Boulevard – Saint Louis on July 26th. The new 2,300-square-foot exercise space features two studios and one locker room. Each studio has capacity for up to 28 students and is circled by a wall-mounted ballet bar.
“Our workout combines muscle-shaping isometric exercises with quick-paced interval training and the same body-elongating techniques used by dancers,” says Jessica Prasse, franchisee and operator of the new Bar Method location. “The goal is to quickly and safely shape, elongate and strengthen all major muscle groups.” Prasse also operates the area’s first Bar Method studio, located in Town & Country, MO.
